25 травня уся українська спільнота визначає День філолога. Кожен студент нашого університету вивчає рідну та іноземні мови, що є необхідною умовою не лише для формування ерудиції, а й для підвищення комунікативних можливостей майбутнього лікаря. Викладач закладу вищої освіти кафедри іноземних мов з латинською мовою та медичною термінологією Зінаїда Таран ознайомила майбутніх педіатрів групи №30 з історією міжнародного студентського гімну "Gaudeamus". Здобувачі вищої освіти мали змогу прослухати "Gaudeamus" латинською мовою, а також порівняти найвідоміші переклади українською мовою, зроблені знаними перекладачами-латиністами Андрієм Содоморою і Михайлом Біликом.
On May 25, the entire Ukrainian community determines the day of the philologist. There is a whole science about the history and trends of the speech development about correct and beautiful pronunciation, which is called philology. Every student of our university studies their native and foreign languages, and this, is an important condition not only for the formation of the faculty, but also for improving the communication capabilities of the future doctor. Zinaida Taran, a lecturer of the Department of Foreign languages with Latin and medical terminology of Poltava State Medical University, introduced future pediatricians of Group No. 30 to the history of the Latin language and an information about writing the student anthem. Students listened to the sound of "Gaudeamus" in Latin and compared translations by Andriy Sodomora and Mykhailo Bilyk.
