27 жовтня 2023 року завідувач кафедри іноземних мов з латинською мовою та медичною термінологією Олена Бєляєва та доценти Ірина Сологор, Іванна Знаменська, Вікторія Костенко, Юлія Лисанець провели просвітницько-виховний захід зі здобувачами освіти (І курсу 14 групи факультету стоматологічного, І курсу 9 групи факультету медичного № 1, ІІ курсу 6 групи факультету медичного № 1, ІІ курсу 17 групи факультету медичного № 1, І курсу 12 групи факультету медичного № 1), присвячений Дню української писемності та мови.
Це державне свято започатковане 9 листопада 1997 року Указом Президента «Про День української писемності та мови». У цьому році вперше у зв'язку з переходом Православної церкви України на новоюліанський календар день пам'яті преподобного Нестора-літописця відзначають 27 жовтня.
Під час заходу учасники обговорили основні етапи становлення української писемності та мови, а також історію виникнення свята.
On October 27, 2023, the head of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology, Olena Bieliaieva, and associate professors Iryna Solohor, Ivanna Znamenska, Viktoriia Kostenko, and Yuliia Lysanets organized and conducted an educational event with students (Dental Faculty: the 1st year of study, group No. 14; Medical faculty: the 1st year of study, groups No. 9 and 12, the 2nd year of study, groups No. 6 and 17), dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian writing and language.
This state holiday was established on November 9, 1997 by the Presidential Decree "On the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language". This year, for the first time in connection with the transition of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine to the New Julian calendar, the day of memory of Reverend Nestor the Chronicler is celebrated on October 27.
During the event, the participants discussed the main stages of the formation of Ukrainian writing and language, as well as the history of the holiday.
