Доценти кафедри іноземних мов з латинською мовою та медичною термінологією Ірина Сологор, Іванна Знаменська, Вікторія Костенко 30.11.23 та 01.12.23 провели зі здобувачами освіти (12 групи ІІ курсу факультету медичного № 1, 1 групи І курсу факультету стоматологічного, 1 групи (фармацевти) І курсу факультету медичного № 1) просвітницько-виховний захід, присвячений Всесвітньому дню боротьби зі СНІДом (World Aids Day), який направлений на збільшення обізнаності щодо профілактики та лікування хвороби.
Associate professors of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology Iryna Solohor, Ivanna Znamenska, Viktoriia Kostenko held an educational event dedicated to World AIDS Day on 30.11.23 and 01.12.23 with students majoring in Medicine (group 12), Dentistry (group 1), Pharmacy (group 1). This event was aimed at raising awareness of the prevention and treatment of the disease. The students analysed the causes resulted in the stigmatisation of people with HIV/AIDS, the consequences that this can lead to, and discussed specific examples of stigmatisation. Raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and drawing public attention to violations of human rights and freedoms on the basis of health status remain among the important activities of the medical community.
