Інформаційно-виховний захід "St Andrew's Day"
30 листопада 2023 р. завідувачка кафедри іноземних мов з латинською мовою та медичною термінологією Олена Бєляєва і доцентка Юлія Лисанець провели інформаційно-виховний захід "St Andrew's Day" зі студентами 1 групи I курсу стоматологічного факультету.
St Andrew's Day - національне свято Шотландії, яке відзначається щороку 30 листопада.
Під час зустрічі здобувачі освіти дізналися про історію цього свята і цікаві факти про національну символіку Шотландії, переглянули англомовні мультимедійні матеріали, присвячені особливостям шотландської культури, а також світлини з м. Единбург. Наприкінці заходу студенти перевірили свої знання в ході тестування на інтерактивній платформі “Kahoot”.
Educational event "St Andrew's Day"
On November 30, 2023, the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology Olena Bieliaieva and Associate Professor Yuliia Lysanets held an educational event "St Andrew's Day" with students of the 1st group of the 1st year of study (Faculty of Dentistry).
St Andrew's Day is a national holiday of Scotland, which is celebrated every year on November 30.
During the meeting, students learned about the history of this holiday and interesting facts about the national symbols of Scotland, viewed English multimedia materials dedicated to the peculiarities of Scottish culture, as well as photos from the city of Edinburgh. At the end of the event, students checked their knowledge in the interactive "Kahoot" quiz.
